How do I install a HubSpot integration?

To install an integration, navigate to our Apps catalog, select the app you need, and click "Install App". You will be redirected to HubSpot's secure authorization page to select your portal and grant the necessary permissions. The app cards will then appear instantly in your CRM.

Does Plugivo offer a free trial?

Yes! All Plugivo applications come with a fully-functional 3-day free trial. This allows your team to test features, sync data, and customize CRM card layouts in your active HubSpot portal workspace before committing to a plan.

How can I upgrade or cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscriptions directly from the Plugivo Portal. Simply log in, navigate to "My Apps", click on the app installation details, and select "Change Subscription Plan" or "Cancel Subscription". Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

How are data lookup quotas calculated?

Lookup quotas are calculated monthly based on ABN lookups or SmartTime timezone lookups initiated within your HubSpot portal. Standard trials include a set limit, while Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime plans include unlimited lookup restrictions.
